Refreshing LTIA’s Digital Identity

Let’s Turn It Around (LTIA) is a nonprofit working to promote peace, understanding, and compassion across divides of race, religion, and politics. Through grassroots advocacy, education, and local partnerships, LTIA seeks to “turn around” hearts and foster connection within communities. To strengthen their online presence and reflect their mission clearly, LTIA partnered with Big Idea Company for a complete website redesign.

The Challenge

LTIA’s previous website featured dark tones and a dense layout, making navigation challenging and failing to convey the organization's commitment to community transformation. The goal was to create a lighter, professional, and more user-friendly site that would inspire action and reflect LTIA's compassionate energy.

The Solution

I reimagined the site’s visual tone with a refreshed color palette of warm neutrals and hopeful accents, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Modern typography, clear hierarchy, and generous white space improved readability and accessibility, while engaging photography and intuitive navigation allowed visitors to explore LTIA’s mission effortlessly. The visual storytelling and overall user experience were crafted to complement and elevate the thoughtfully written copy from the Big Idea team, resulting in a cohesive, approachable, and engaging website.
