Liberty Tower Residences is a premier residential project located in the tallest building in St. Joseph County, IN, overlooking downtown South Bend. As the historic high-rise was being transformed into luxury apartments, the client needed a full brand system and digital presence that matched the elevated experience of living above the city skyline. I developed a high-end, elegant visual direction that reflects the building’s iconic architecture and panoramic views.

The Challenge
Liberty Tower is an iconic, historically significant building in South Bend, IN, and the client needed a brand that captured both its legacy and its transition into luxury apartments. They wanted a high-end, cohesive visual identity and website that reflected the tower’s elegance, skyline views, and modern amenities. The project required creating a recognizable, elevated look that honored the building’s history while appealing to potential residents.
The Solution
I designed the full visual direction for the brand, incorporating the tower’s distinctive architectural shape into the logo to create an immediate sense of place and recognition. I developed the color palette, typography, retouched photography, created print materials, and designed the responsive RentCafe website. Working alongside the team at Big Idea Company, I ensured every design element felt sophisticated, consistent, and reflective of the building’s luxury transformation.
