McFarland for Sheriff is a full-scale political campaign in Marshall County, IN, where winning the primary is crucial due to the county’s strong Republican majority. The candidate needed a compelling, community-centered brand presence that would resonate with conservative voters. I developed a cohesive visual identity—rooted in a warm yellow-and-brown palette—that communicated trust, approachability, and proven conservative values.

The Challenge
The campaign required a unified visual system that emphasized McFarland’s conservative principles, commitment to public safety, and connection to the community. With multiple candidates competing for the Republican vote, the branding needed to be instantly recognizable and consistent across digital and print materials—including photography that varied widely in quality.
The Solution
I developed a complete brand system, including the logo, color palette, typography, and all campaign materials such as the website, business card, Facebook cover, yard-sign graphics, vehicle magnets, buttons, postcards, and canvassing door hanger. I also retouched and color-graded all photography—ensuring that variously sourced photos had a polished, cohesive look with a subtle brown-toned vignette. This created a professional, unified presence designed to connect with Republican voters and strengthen recognition throughout the primary.
